JAMMU, FEBRUARY 21: In exercise of powers conferred by Section-6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, Samvat, 1996, and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Government has conferred upon Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recovery) Srinagar and Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recovery) Jammu the powers of Collector within their territorial jurisdiction for the purposes of recovery of GST arrears.
