J&K reports 10 Covid cases
Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir reported 10 fresh positive cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) which took the cumulative infection toll to 4,79,207, officials said Saturday.
They said seven fresh cases were reported from Jammu division and three from Kashmir valley.
In Kashmir, Srinagar reported all three positive cases while no other district reported any fresh cases today.
Similarly, in Jammu division, Jammu district accounted for six cases and Doda reported one case while no other district reported any fresh cases today.
Officials also informed that 18 Covid patients were discharged from various hospitals including 15 from Kashmir and three from Jammu division in the last 24 hours.
They said 12,395 doses of Covid vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours, bringing the cumulative number of doses administered across Jammu and Kashmir till date to 2,46,02,030.
Currently there are 77 active positive cases in J&K, including 45 in Kashmir and 32 in Jammu division. So far cumulatively 4,74,345 infected persons have recovered and 4,785 have died – 2,433 in Kashmir and 2,352 in Jammu division.
