4 persons injured in car-tipper collision in Anantnag

Srinagar: Four persons, three of them from Bihar, were injured in a collision between a private car and a tipper in southern Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday evening.

Quoting official sources, news agency GNS reported that the tipper (JK03E-7521) and the car (DL7CF-4775) collided near Shankerpora Shahabad, leaving at least four people injured.

The injured were identified as Parvaiz Alam and Mohammad Sajid, sons of Mohammad Alam of Bihar; Mohammad Noushad, son of Shamshar Ahmad of Bihar, and Amir Rasheed, son of Abdul Rasheed of Downipawa Anantnag.

While the injured persons were removed to a hospital, police have registered a cases and started investigations.
