Karnah-Kupwara highway opens for traffic

Karnah: After remaining blocked for several days due to heavy snowfall, the Kupwara-Karnah highway was reopened for traffic Tuesday

Authorities said accumulation of 3 feet snow around the Sadhna Pass had forced closure of the highway.

The Beacon authorities did a brilliant job and worked very hard to clear snow from the road, SDM Karnah Dr. Bilal Mohi-u-Din Bhat said.
