Covid-19: 10 patients discharged from SKIMS MC Hospital after recovery
One patient with co-morbid condition dies
SRINAGAR: As many as 10 Covid-19 patients were discharged from SKIMS Medical College Hospital after recovery on Saturday.
According to an official communiqué, among the recovered patients 5 are from Tangmarg, 3 from Srinagar, one from Bandipora and One patient from Kerela. “All have been sent to quarantine of two weeks and were seen off by the HOD Microbiology, Dr Khursheed, HOD Medicine, Incharge DMS and Coordinator.”
“The SKIMS, Bemina unfortunately lost one patient namely Abdul Rahim aged 72 of Tangmarg, who had reported on 13th April with Severe Covid Pneumonia, Grade II-III BHP, severe hypertension and had atrial fibrillations and could not pull out despite all efforts,” reads the communiqué.
“At least 116 COVID Positive cases, referred from various hospitals across the valley, have been admitted for treatment at SKIMS Medical College Hospital so far,” it said.
