In south Kashmir’s Pahalgam, the minimum temperature rose to 6.6 degrees Celsius from minus 12.5 degrees Celsius a night earlier, the official said.

Srinagar city recorded a low of minus 3.0 degrees Celsius against minus 5.0 degrees Celsius the previous night, the official said.

Qazigund recorded a low of minus 6.3 degrees Celsius, followed by Kokernag (minus 4.8 degrees Celsius) and Kupwara (minus 3.9 degrees Celsius), he added.
