ASN School holds Felicitation Ceremony for Merit Holders in Board Exams

Jammu, May 26: The Management of ASN Hr. Sec. School, Channi Himmat, Jammu today organized Felicitation Ceremony for Merit Holders in Board Examinations for the Session Annual (R)-2019 at the school auditorium.

Vinay Shartma JKPS, SP (South) Jammu was the Chief Guest of the occasion while Sandeep Mehta JKPS, SP Operations, Jammu presided over the function while Naresh Sharma JKAS, Joint Director Information Department Jammu, Dr. A.K. Kapoor, Chairman The Excel Publication and Mrs. P.B. Kapoor, M.D. Mount Litera Zee School, Samba were the Guests of Honour.

The function started with lighting of traditional lamp followed by the welcome address of Ritesh Kapoor, Administrator of the School. Ritesh Kapoor highlighted the achievements of the school in the board examinations. He said in 12th class 57 students appeared out of which 37 were merit holders while in 10th class school got position as well as good number of distinctions and in 8th board examination, the school also performed well with 90% distinction holders. Kapoor added that the school was established in 1969 by its Chairman Dr. A.K. Kapoor and after successful completion of 50 glorious years, the school proved its hallmark in every sector.

Naresh Sharma JKAS, Joint Director Information Department, Jammu during his address congratulated the merit holders in board examinations and said their hard work and dedication will always help them reaching towards their goal and such spirit will never die out fruitless.

Sandeep Mehta JKPS, SP operations Jammu during his address appreciated the role of the management in putting their endless efforts so that the students can reach towards their goals. He said that he is closely associated with the management from the last so many years and feeling proud of their true dedication in providing quality education to the students enrolled in the school.

Vinay Sharma JKPS, SP (South) Jammu lauded the role of the management in providing the basic facilities to every child so that they can compete well with the practical world. He congratulated the merit holders and said that they are an inspiration to lots and are role models for their juniors. He added that now the students those are going to start their graduation/ professional courses have to be more concerned with their living style and focus towards their carrier and right direction is required for their better life.
