PHQ bids farewell to Sub Inspector Qamar Ali Khan

Jammu, March 30: Police Headquarters today accorded a farewell to the Sub Inspector Qamar Ali Khan at a function held at Conference Hall, Police Headquarters.

IGP HQ, Anand Jain speaking on this occasion praised the outgoing officer for his dedication and contribution to the department. He wished him a healthy post retirement life.

AIG (Provision & Transport) Mubassir Latifi gave a brief resume of the officer’s service record in the department. He praised the officer for completing the services in the department with sincerity.

In his speech, Qamar Ali Khan thanked the senior officers and colleagues for their guidance and support during the entire tenure.

Born in 1959 in Kupwara district of north Kashmir Khan was appointed in J&K police in the year 1977. For over 41 years of service in the department, the officer has worked at various positions in different wings. AIGs of Police Headquarter and other officers of PHQ were present on the occasion.
