3 persons injured in Rajouri road accident

Rajouri, Sep 29: An apple trader was among three persons injured after a truck laden with apples met with an accident in Lamberi village of Nowshera on Jammu-Rajouri highway on Saturday.

Reports said a truck (JK01S-6726) loaded with apples was on way from Pulwama to Delhi when it skidded off the road and fell into a gorge near Siot river.

Three persons injured in the accident were identified as the truck driver Javid Ahmed, son of Jalalludin,  resident of Tral Pulwama, his helper Mohammad Rafiq, son of Abdul Rehman, resident of Patnitop Ramban, and an apple trader Bashir Ahmed, son of  Abdul Aziz, resident of Noorbagh Qamarwari  Srinagar.

The injured persons were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
