Srinagar, Sep 14: Three unexploded shells were Friday recovered and exploded by a bomb disposal squad at Tosamaidan meadow in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, police said.

Three unexploded shells were recovered and exploded by the bomb disposal squad and the Army at Tosamaidan, a police official said.

He added that there was no loss of life or injury in the incident.

Tosamaidan was until recently used as an artillery firing range by the Army. It was thrown open for tourists in 2016.
