3131 pilgrims pay obeisance at Amarnath cave
Srinagar, July 29: On the 32nd day of the ongoing Amarnath Yatra, 3131 pilgrims paid obeisance at the cave shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas Sunday.
Till date 2,58,487 pilgrims have had ‘darshan’ at the cave shrine, officials said.
Earlier today, another batch of 709 pilgrims left Jammu for the cave, they said.
The Yatra commenced on June 28 from the twin routes of Pahalgam in Anantnag district and Baltal in Ganderbal district.
The Yatra is scheduled to conclude on August 26, coinciding with the festival of ‘Raksha Bandhan’
