The fundamental premise which follows from the notions of morality, justice, transparency, fairness and intelligible differentia is that we have a great expectation of maximizing the utility, legitimate expectations and the prospective advantage by the concerned quarters, authorities and institutions.

After we pass this premise, the question begins as to how can we benefit the society through the notions of corrective and remedial justice and how can we maximize the social welfare, the impartiality and the aggregate of the compatible distributive justice and metaphysical values. The important question is that of the substantive moral questions and requirements. The metaphysical, semantic, psychological and epistemological philosophy of morality is driven by several varied characteristics and characterizations of moral ontology and the processes of realistic tenor and attitude.

The genesis of the origin of the morality lies in the spheres of the public and the private societies and rational philosophies of law and reason. The external objects and objectives of a theory must be analyzed through trained tractability and philosophy.

The fact is that when moral principles apply to all sentient beings, so should the tractability of metaphysics and distributive justice apply and cover all the disadvantaged and marginalized sections of the society. It is because of the man’s perception and man’s natural existence, that the ontologies which surface not only can dispel the ambiguities but also can shed light on the enlightened values through the appropriate nurture of descriptive naturalism and societal values.

It is due to the diverse nature of ontologies and the societal metaphysics that we can predict a wide range of political spectrum in which moral judgments can be formed owing their allegiance to deontic exemplars and methods. Therefore we should develop and utilize a wide array of ethical measurements and criteria for evaluating the propositions of moral luck and intuitive judgments. We should show greater endorsement to the principal values and principles of reciprocity.

Therefore the positive trade-offs must be based on genuine ethical frameworks and raison d’etre of conscious thought. The equitable virtues of justice and philosophies should be tested through inductive and meta-inductive processes of social psychology. Thence the multifaceted continuum and the predictive validity of any case ethics depends upon its underlying and inherent dimensions. All forms of individual liberty should therefore encompass those norms and normative frameworks which are based on existential policies of ethics and contemporary paradigms of structural realism and on the phenomenology of concrete horizons of justice and ethicality. The temperate nature of the moral theories have to be viewed in the context of the philosophies and backgrounds which indicate a realistic parameter on which the society runs its principles and congruent standards.

Therefore we ought to protect our environment and the ecosystem through appropriate groundwork of the moral values and on just horizons and principles of fairness and morality. Thence we should not run roughshod on the rights and obligations vis-à-vis the environment, ecosystem and the biodiversity. Our approach should be based on responsible values and ethics founded on first order perspectives and not on excrescences. The distributive justice therefore stands on a positive plane vis-à-vis different forms and concepts of commutative and rectificatory justice. Therefore the notion of justice involves several descriptions of conditions and philosophies.
